Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from a contract for Tecto within fourteen days without giving a reason. These are the statutory instructions and the model form. The German version is the binding one.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your notice before the period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we must repay all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising because you chose a delivery other than the cheapest standard one we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice.
We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged a fee for this.
If you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided up to the point you withdrew, compared with the full scope of the contract.
Early expiry of the right
The right of withdrawal expires before the fourteen days are up if we have fully performed the service and only began to do so after you gave your express consent and confirmed that you knew you would lose the right once we had fully performed.
